Kristen J. Loerch

Kristen J. Loerch is a partner at La Cava Jacobson. Kristen earned her undergraduate degree from the State University of New York College at Fredonia in 1993 and her Juris Doctor from Temple University School of Law in 1996. While in law school, she distinguished herself as a member of the trial team and was subsequently recognized for excellence in trial advocacy.

Ms. Loerch began her legal career as a prosecutor in Seminole County, Florida, before transitioning to the defense of healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and hospitals. She worked in this capacity for approximately 12 years with law firms located in Florida and Pennsylvania. She subsequently spent years successfully representing individuals who suffered catastrophic injuries in professional negligence cases. She is now using the insights gained from that experience in returning to her roots of defending healthcare professionals.

Ms. Loerch is licensed to practice law in Florida and Pennsylvania. She is admitted to appear before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, as well as the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Her practice is focused on the defense of healthcare providers and hospitals in medical malpractice matters.

In her free time, Ms. Loerch studies and practices, Forrest yoga, and focuses on other aspects of health and wellness.
