Brooke C. Juan

Brooke Chastain Juan was born in Idaho Falls and raised in Dade City and Tampa, Florida. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of South Florida in 1997. She attended Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama where she earned her Juris Doctor degree in 2000.

Ms. Juan was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2000. She is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Courts for the Middle and Southern District Courts of Florida, and the Supreme Court of the United States.

She has provided claims handler continuing education training classes related to bad faith, claims handling in Florida and various other topics.

Ms. Juan practices in the areas of general liability, premises liability, nursing home and medical negligence as well as first party property defense. She has also served as local counsel for several national insurance providers related to ERISA claims.

She is a Sustaining Member of the Junior League of Tampa and volunteers her time on the boards of her children’s sports organizations as well as their schools.
