Jenifer S. Worley

Jenifer S. Worley, a Jacksonville native, is a partner with the firm and currently focuses her practice in the areas of medical malpractice and premises liability defense.

Jenifer has over twenty years of experience in the areas of general civil defense representing hospitals, healthcare professionals, retail establishments, and individuals. She has experience handling cases with complex issues and large financial exposure, achieving favorable outcomes in some of the most challenging cases. Jenifer is very experienced in all aspects of litigation from pre-suit investigations, discovery, motions, mediation, trial preparation, and trial.

Ms. Worley was admitted to the Alabama State Bar in 1997, the Florida Bar in 1998, and the State Bar of Georgia in 2012. She is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Georgia. She is a member of the Florida Defense Lawyers Association, The Jacksonville Bar Association, The Jacksonville Women Lawyers Association, and the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance.

When not working, Jenifer enjoys spending time with her family.
