Hailey McGahee

Hailey McGahee is an associate in the firm’s Naples office. She received her Bachelor of Science in Plant Sciences from the University of Florida in 2022. She earned her Juris Doctor from Ave Maria School of Law, where she served as president of the Environmental Law Society. During law school, Hailey interned with the Office of General Counsel at Lee Health System, Inc., in Fort Myers, Florida, and was subsequently hired as a project manager for its Labor and Employment legal team.

After her tenure at Lee Health, she served as a law clerk at La Cava & Jacobson, P.A. Following her admission to The Florida Bar, Hailey joined the firm as an associate, focusing her practice on general liability and premises liability matters.
