Courtney Maras

Courtney Maras graduated Cum Laude from the University of Florida in 2017. Thereafter, she earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2020, where she was an editor of the Florida Journal of International Law. Ms. Maras was also the Vice President of the Estates and Trusts Law Society. Ms. Maras was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2020 and is also admitted to the U.S. District Courts of the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida.

Ms. Maras has joined La Cava Jacobson as an associate in the Fort Lauderdale office. Ms. Maras has spent her career defending hospitals, physicians, and other healthcare providers in medical malpractice actions and will continue to concentrate her practice on same.
