Joshua Pomerantz

Joshua Pomerantz is a member of LaCava Jacobson’s appellate and litigation support team. After graduating from The University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Science degree, he attained his Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law.

Mr. Pomerantz was admitted to The Florida Bar in 2013. Since that time, he has gained experience litigating on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of matters. He additionally served as in-house staff counsel for one of the nation’s largest auto insurance carriers, and has significant experience defending both insurance companies and their policy holders.

Mr. Pomerantz focuses his practice on appellate litigation, as well as professional malpractice, automobile liability, premises liability, construction liability and general liability claims. He also provides litigation support to the firm’s other practice areas.
