Frank A. Roberts
Frank A. Roberts was born and raised in Columbus, Ohio. He attended Benedictine College and graduated with a Bachelors of Arts degree in Business Management in 2011, as well as a Masters of Business Administration degree in 2012. He earned his Juris Doctor degree in 2015 from Ave Maria School of Law in 2015.
After law school, Mr. Roberts commissioned into active duty as an officer for the United States Air Force Judge Advocate Generals Corps. His experience includes prosecution of courts-martial and military administrative actions, and a variety of military installation legal issues. Mr. Roberts has defended Air Force military treatment facilities and medical providers worldwide against claims of medical malpractice under the Federal Tort Claims Act and the Military Claims Act, and facilitated adverse action hearings on behalf of the Air Force medical facilities against military medical doctors and nurses.
Mr. Roberts is admitted to practice law in the State of Florida, the Air Force Court of Criminal Appeals, the Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces, as well as the Supreme Court of the United States. When he is not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters.
