Samantha Worthan

Samantha Worthan is a litigation paralegal in the Tampa Office. Samantha started her insurance defense career as a medical-only adjuster. She progressed into a litigation paralegal specializing in all aspects of Workers’ Compensation insurance defense. Over the last 12 years, Samantha has switched her focus to General Liability Defense where she is responsible for case management throughout all aspects of litigation, from pre-suit to trial preparation, including communication with clients, expert witnesses, responding to discovery, background research, review of records, creation of summaries and medical chronologies.
