Derrick Jayska

Derrick Jayska is a litigation paralegal within the firm’s General Liability practice Group. Derrick spent ten years in the United States Army completing his enlistment as a Non-Commissioned Officer. Following his military service, Derrick transitioned into the legal field. Derrick has over 10 years of experience in a broad range of practice areas including, but not limited to, premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, workers’ compensation defense, and construction defect claims. Derrick is responsible for case management and all aspects of litigation from pre-suit through trial preparation including, but not limited to, communication with clients, expert witnesses, responding to discovery, background research, review of records, preparation of summaries, and medical chronologies.
