During the holiday season, donating to people in need can make a world of difference in their lives. As many celebrate with family and friends, it’s a time to reflect on the importance of kindness and community. This holiday season, La Cava Jacobson made donations to a charity in each of our local communities.

We have a tradition in our firm of emphasizing community service. Employees supplement the donation with their own monetary or food donations. La Cava Jacobson remain committed to support the communities throughout the state of Florida where we practice. We thank our employees and our clients for putting us in a position to help whenever we can.

Kari presented on the Defendant’s strategy for presenting witnesses and exhibits in tort claims providing in depth insights into the techniques used to prepare and present compelling testimony and evidence. Topics included witness examination, direct examination strategies, handling witnesses, and the rules governing the admissibility of exhibits. Real-life examples of the case study provided practical applications, equipping paralegals with the skills needed to effectively support attorneys during trial.
